Job Title : Sales Manager_ Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)

Position Overview : We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager for our Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) business. The role involves driving end-to-end BESS sales across utility, C&I, railways, and metro segments, building a strong opportunity pipeline, and leading techno-commercial discussions with customers. Candidates should have 10–15 years of experience in BESS, solar, or large electrical solutions, strong customer engagement skills, and the ability to deliver high-value energy storage solutions in a fast-growing market.

Key Responsibilities :

▪Lead end-to-end BESS sales cycles with utilities, EPCs, developers, railways, metros, and C&I customers

▪Identify new opportunities, build a strong pipeline, and achieve revenue targets

▪Work closely with engineering, proposals, and project teams to deliver optimal solutions

▪Build strategic customer relationships and represent our solutions in key forums

Skills :

▪10–15 years of experience in BESS / Solar / Power Systems / Large Electrical Solutions

▪Strong techno-commercial skills and customer management capability

Qualification :

▪Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and MBA
