Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and career-driven Cold Calling Intern / Telemarketing Executive to join our growing sales team targeting the US market .

The selected candidate will be responsible for initiating outbound calls , introducing our outsourced bookkeeping and accounting services , and setting appointments with potential clients for our Subject Matter Experts.

This internship offers a clear path to a permanent role based on performance and results within a few months.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential businesses in the US to introduce our services.
• Identify decision-makers and qualify leads for appointment scheduling.
• Maintain detailed records of conversations and follow-ups in CRM tools.
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve appointment and lead-generation targets.
• Maintain professionalism and consistency in call quality, communication, and follow-ups.
• Learn and adapt to sales scripts, objection-handling techniques, and client engagement strategies.
