Mission
Transform messy workflows, unclear requirements, and scattered feedback into clean, actionable user stories that developers, designers, and QA can execute confidently — without rework.
Key Responsibilities
1. Understand the Business & Users
Learn how providers, billers, and front-office staff actually use the system.
Sit in on demos, watch live user sessions, and collect real frustrations.
Map out end-to-end workflows : Scheduling → Visit → Billing → Payments.
Document the
why
behind every feature before deciding
what
to build.
2. Translate Chaos Into Clarity
Write
clear, concise user stories
focused on outcomes, not features.
Create
process flow diagrams
and
use-case maps
for top 5 modules.
Remove duplication — merge 3 overlapping screens into 1 whenever possible.
Prioritize requirements ruthlessly : “Does this improve the daily workflow?”
3. Bridge Between Teams
Act as the link between operations, UI / UX, development, and QA.
Review design prototypes from the UX Lead to confirm business accuracy.
Collaborate with the Architect to ensure workflows match technical feasibility.
Run short feedback loops — avoid endless documentation cycles.
4. Validate and Iterate
Test new releases from a business-user perspective before QA sign-off.
Gather structured feedback from 3–5 pilot clinics for each rollout.
Track whether changes reduce clicks, improve task speed, or lower support tickets.
Required Experience
5 – 8 years as a
Business Analyst or Product Analyst
for enterprise SaaS or healthcare products.
Strong understanding of
EHR / EMR / PM / RCM workflows .
Proven ability to convert complex healthcare regulations and processes into simple, usable logic.
Experience writing user stories in Agile tools (Jira, ClickUp, Azure DevOps).
Excellent communication — can explain logic to both doctors and developers.
Comfortable drawing flowcharts in tools like Miro, Lucidchart, or Visio.
Preferred
Prior experience in US healthcare, eligibility, claims, ERA / EOB, CPT / ICD codes.
Worked in modernization projects (legacy → web / app transformation).
Familiar with HL7 / FHIR concepts.
Knowledge of QA test-case writing and acceptance criteria.
Personality Fit
Calm, detail-oriented, and obsessed with clarity.
Thinks “what’s the simplest version that works.”
Keeps meetings short and documentation visual.
Believes in
removing features , not just adding them.
