Job Title : Specification Manager

Department : Sales

Location : Delhi, Gurgaon, Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad

Qualification : Graduate in Engineering or a technical degree, with several years of relevant industry experience.

Experience : 7–10 years in the same industry

CTC : 10–15 LPA

Key Objectives :

Drive sales growth by ensuring product specifications meet client needs, industry standards, and project requirements.

Job Description / Responsibilities :

Obtain product approvals and manage business development with consultants and key accounts.

Collaborate with key consultants and accounts for approvals of products including EWD, Wires, Lighting, MCB, Fans, Conduits, and Automation .

Provide technical product advice and support to clients.

Build and maintain relationships with electrical consultants.

Possess strong knowledge of electrical products; preferably an Electrical Engineer.

Experience in a B2B environment, particularly in architecture, construction, or related industries.

Behavioural Attributes Required :

Ability to build strong relationships with architects, landscape architects, and councils.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for technical guidance and support.

Proactive, result-oriented, and capable of working in a B2B sales environment.
