Job Description and Responsibilities
Develop and validate simulation models of manufacturing equipment to enhance performance and reliability in semiconductor productionModelling of OSAT equipment (pick-and-place, wire bonding, etc.), Simulation of equipment performance and failure modes, Integration with digital twin and predictive maintenance systemsSimulate equipment operations and interactions, analyse throughput, downtime, and energy usage, support virtual commissioning and testingWork with equipment vendors and process engineers, validate equipment models with real data, Provide simulation support for equipment selectionCollaborate with cross-functional teamsRequired Experience, Skills and Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in Equipment simulation tools, PLC / SCADA integration, Omniverse for equipment behaviour modellingKnowledge of digital twin platforms, simulation platforms, IoT platforms, system integration, data analytics, data visualisation, and project management toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillStrong communication and documentation skillsB.E. / B.Tech or M.E. / M.Tech in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or EquivalentKnow-how of AI-based equipment modelling, simulation and control systems preferredSoftware Skills
