We are looking for an experienced SAP Technical Architect to join our team in Bangalore and lead the design, development, and optimization of cutting-edge SAP solutions.

Technical Leadership & Architecture
- Define and drive ABAP development architecture for scalable and high-performance solutions.
- Establish and enforce best practices in ABAP coding standards and quality.
- Lead SAP customizations, enhancements, and new development initiatives.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging SAP technologies (CDS Views, RAP, AMDP, OData).
Development & Optimization
Design and develop RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).Optimize ABAP codebase for performance and maintainability.Build custom BAPIs, BADIs, user exits, and enhancements.Work on ABAP on HANA concepts including code pushdown and advanced performance tuning.Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (MM, PM, HR, etc.).Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with functional consultants, business analysts, and end-users to deliver effective solutions.Collaborate with Basis, Security, and Integration teams to maintain system stability and compliance.Mentor and provide technical training to junior ABAP developers.SAP Integration & Extensibility
Develop SAP interfaces using IDOCs, RFCs, Web Services, and OData.Work on SAP Fiori / UI5 extensions and enhancements.Ensure adherence to SAP Clean Core principles and upgrade readiness.✅ What You Bring to the Team
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering (Chemical / Mechanical / Computers).10+ years of SAP ABAP development experience, including 3+ years in an Architect role .Strong expertise in :ABAP Objects (OOP), ALV, SmartForms, SAPScript, Adobe Forms.SAP enhancement techniques (BADI, user exits, enhancement framework).CDS Views, AMDP, ABAP on HANA optimizations.SAP Workflow, BRF+, BTP ABAP Environment (a plus).Knowledge of integration technologies : IDocs, BAPIs, OData, Web Services.Experience with performance tuning and debugging complex ABAP programs.Familiarity with SAP Fiori / UI5 development (preferred).Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills .🎯 Preferred Qualifications
