The Role

You’ll define how AI enhances Flexi’s platform — from personalized leader matching to content insights and operational automation.

You won’t be coding models; you’ll be shaping  how  AI gets applied to make our ecosystem smarter, faster, and more human.

Key Responsibilities 1. Product Strategy & Vision

• Identify high-impact use cases for AI within the Flexi ecosystem — leader insights, event curation, data intelligence, content recommendations.
• Translate business goals (engagement, revenue, experience) into actionable AI and automation initiatives.
• Build the AI roadmap that aligns with our “10 P Playbook” — People, Platform, Productivity, and Positioning.
