Digital Marketing Manager

We’re Hiring : Digital Marketer | Mumbai | Full-Time (On-Site)

Digital UpGrowth is looking for someone who understands performance , not “post and pray.”

Your Work (Real Work) :

• Run & optimise Meta + Google Ads
• Reduce CPL, improve ROAS, fix campaigns fast
• Build email flows (welcome, nurture, cart abandon)
• Manage weekly campaigns
• Do SEO :
• On-Page : keywords, meta tags, content updates, internal linking
• Off-Page : backlinks, directory submissions, basic outreach
• Update landing pages + track conversions
• Send daily / weekly performance reports

Who You Need To Be :

✓ 1–3 years real experience

✓ Comfortable with numbers (CPL, CTR, ROAS)

✓ Can troubleshoot without waiting for instructions

✓ Fast learner, takes ownership, loves optimisation

Salary : ₹22,000 – ₹40,000 / month Location : Mumbai (On-site, Kandivali East)
