Senior Technical Lead - Platforms

The Data Platform Team builds critical platforms that abstract lower-level complexities, enabling engineers to focus solely on business logic. This includes platforms like the Events Choreography Platform and the Configurable Ingestion Platform. Given their impact across multiple teams, we maintain high standards for stability, availability, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive technical strategy, collaborating with managers to prioritize and shape the team's roadmap.
• Lead high-impact projects, handling ambiguous problem statements and delivering scalable solutions.
• Own system design and architecture, ensuring reliability, observability, and best practices.
• Mentor and lead engineers, fostering growth, technical excellence, and high-quality execution.
• Bridge cross-functional gaps, coordinating between stakeholders to align on technical decisions.
• Review designs, documents, and PRs, maintaining high code and system quality.
• Develop a deep understanding of the platforms, ensuring comprehensive ownership.
• Get your hands dirty and pick up coding and deep dives.
