We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to drive the design, development, and delivery of innovative digital products across web and mobile platforms.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation, a passion for great user experiences, and the ability to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions.
Youll work closely with engineering, design, and analytics teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and build data-driven, user-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Contribute to and execute the product roadmap across platforms (web, mobile, apps) by aligning business goals with user needs.
- Lead end-to-end product development from concept to launch including requirement gathering, wireframing, design reviews, build coordination, testing, and release.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-quality technical products.
- Conduct market research, user interviews, and data analysis to identify unmet user needs and emerging opportunities.
- Define and analyze product performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Clevertap.
- Drive A / B testing, usability testing, and data-driven decision-making to enhance user engagement and conversion.
- Act as the voice of the user, ensuring that all product decisions are backed by user insights and measurable outcomes.
- Work closely with developers to define API requirements, understand system architecture, and manage technical dependencies.
- Create and maintain product documentation, technical specifications, and wireframes / prototypes.
- Champion a mobile-first design approach, ensuring seamless user experiences across devices.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
1- 3 years of experience in product development or technical product management within a web / mobile environment.Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, databases (MySQL / RDBMS), and system architecture.Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Omniture, FB Analytics, Clevertap, etc.)Strong quantitative and analytical skills to interpret data and drive product decisions.Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Balsamiq, InVision, Proto.io, or Figma.Solid grasp of UX / UI principles, with an eye for detail and usability(ref : hirist.tech)
