Key Responsibilities :

• Drive store sales through effective customer engagement, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.
• Consistently achieve individual and store-level sales targets and performance metrics.
• Understand client requirements and assist them in selecting wedding and occasion outfits tailored to their preferences.
• Provide expert styling consultations and suggest appropriate accessories and customizations.
• Coordinate and support fittings, alterations, and personalization services.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and product displays in line with brand guidelines.
• Address and resolve customer queries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
