Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead the Finance & Accounts function for Litemed. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant with hands-on experience managing end-to-end accounting, compliance, reporting, and financial planning in a dynamic, growth-oriented organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Management & Reporting
- Oversee full-spectrum accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and reconciliations.
- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with statutory and management requirements.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management.
2. Budgeting & Forecasting
Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business strategy.Monitor budget utilization and highlight deviations.Support cost optimization and efficiency initiatives across departments.3. Compliance & Audit
Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, including Income Tax, GST, TDS, and ROC filings.Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.Maintain robust internal controls and documentation for audit readiness.4. Treasury & Cash Flow Management
Manage working capital, fund flow, and banking relationships.Oversee payments, collections, and liquidity planning.Evaluate investment and financing options as needed.5. Business & Strategic Support
Partner with management to evaluate business decisions from a financial perspective.Support fundraising, investor reporting, and due diligence processes.Provide data-driven insights for decision-making and growth planning.Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8–12 years of post-qualification experience.Proven track record in handling end-to-end Finance & Accounts functions.Strong understanding of accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance frameworks.Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books / ERP systems and MS Excel.Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong communication skills.Prior experience in a startup, MedTech, or manufacturing environment is an advantage.Benefits What We Offer
