• Develop and maintain a long-term roadmap in collaboration with product teams
• Drive execution, launch, and operational excellence for software functionalities
• Introduce, document, and evolve development, release, and operational processes
• Hire, mentor, and grow a diverse team of engineers, providing technical guidance and career development
• Contribute hands-on to coding, feature verification, and architectural planning as needed
• Promote a strong engineering culture focused on quality, innovation, and collaboration
