Shopify Developer

Role in the organization :

We're seeking a Shopify Developer to join our team.

They will collaborate with our project and support teams to give high-quality development services to our clients.

They will collaborate with the team on new ecommerce initiatives, from the beginning stages of business creation and discovery to project implementation and deployment.

They will also manage and improve current Shopify Plus ecommerce sites while following best practices.

The shopify developer, who is ideally an experienced ecommerce specialist, would have a love for exploring and learning the latest digital technologies.

Role and Responsibilities :

• Developing high-quality e-commerce solutions for clients on the Shopify and Shopify Plus platforms.
• Collaborating with project and support teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Participating in new e-commerce initiatives from initial concept and discovery to project implementation and deployment.
• Managing and improving existing Shopify Plus e-commerce sites, adhering to best practices.
• Staying updated on the latest digital technologies and applying them to projects.
• Working with the design team to create website elements.
• Knowledge of the steps needed in migrating an existing commerce site from another platform to the Shopify platform (eg : Magento to Shopify).
• Expert in Shopify APIs and their application.
• In-depth expertise of Shopify store speed management.
• Shopify App Development Expertise.

Desired Skills and Experience :

Education : Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Programming, or a related field.

Experience : 12+ years of experience developing within the Shopify and Shopify Plus platforms.
