New York Area Immigration Services (NAIS) is a U.S.-based immigration consulting firm assisting individuals and families with student visas, work permits, green card pathways, and more. As we expand our operations in India, we are looking for motivated and goal-oriented professionals to join our growing business development team and help drive client engagement and revenue growth.

Role Overview :

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team on a full-time, on-site night shift basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and promoting our immigration services to prospective clients. You will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and consulting teams to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through various channels (calls, emails, social media, networking).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Present and promote NAIS services to potential clients, addressing inquiries and explaining service offerings.
  • Collaborate with marketing and consulting teams to design outreach strategies and campaigns.
  • Track client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance goals.
  • Stay updated on immigration services, industry trends, and competitors to provide informed recommendations.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on business development activities and results.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Goal-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes.
  • Willingness to work night shifts (on-site) at CCC, Zirakpur.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in the education, consulting, or immigration services sector is a plus.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
  • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Fixed Salary : 2.40 – 2.64 LPA (based on experience & skills)
