Job Title : Human Resources Manager
About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle all HR functions across our ventures. This role is hands-on and covers recruitment, payroll, employee relations, policy implementation, performance management, and day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding of employees
- Prepare and manage salary sheets, increments, and benefits
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and engagement activities
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Support performance management, appraisals, and training initiatives
- Maintain employee records and HR reports
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business or related field3+ years of HR experience across multiple business units or venturesStrong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and labor lawsExcellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
