About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented  Branch Head  to lead our  Operations and Business Development  function in Gurgaon. This leadership role will be responsible for managing branch operations, driving client satisfaction and retention, and achieving new business targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational excellence, team leadership, and B2B business development. Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing & Retention

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for client issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Regularly review service delivery standards and identify areas for improvement.

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and quality control.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve operational KPIs.
  • Optimize processes, resources, and workflows to maximize productivity and profitability.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Business Development

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the region.
  • Develop and implement local sales strategies to expand market share.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define growth goals and revenue targets.
  • Represent the organization at client meetings, industry events, and networking forums.
  • Key Requirements

  • Graduate / Postgraduate degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in  Operations, Client Servicing, or Business Development , preferably in a service-based or B2B industry.
  • Proven experience in branch or regional leadership with P&L responsibility.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to lead diverse teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
