As a UX Designer representing Learningmate, you will take a key role in guiding full-stack UX research & design skills and working directly with the customer's product team. You will oversee the end-to-end design process and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital learning platforms.

Key Responsibilities :
- As a full-stack UX designer you will lead the design initiative for the customer's educational product, ensuring the successful execution of UX design projects.
- Collaborating directly with client product owners, business stakeholders, and technology teams to align UX strategies with organizational objectives.
- Spearheading application modernization initiatives, design management, and enhancing legacy systems with modern and intuitive user interfaces.
- Conducting comprehensive UX reviews and research to drive design decisions and optimize user experiences.
- Developing and maintaining design systems to ensure consistent and efficient design across the entire product portfolio.
- Successfully managing and executing rebranding efforts for clients, aligning design with updated brand guidelines.

Good interpersonal communication skillsAbility to communicate and articulate ideas, solutions, and discussionsAbility to present design with the larger team which includes client stakeholdersGood UX writing skills for clear communication with stakeholdersFlexibility and ability to collaborate with onsite and offshore teams across geographies and time zones.Nice to Have Skills / Competencies :
Minimum 5 years of experience with at least 2-3 years in a product design role and experience in customer-facing responsibilities.Experience in EdTech projects is an added advantage.Worked on product design, design management (design system), and have case studies & design artboards to showcaseProven experience in independently leading UX design projects, with a focus on application modernization, product design, and design system development.Strong expertise in at least one or more aspects of UX researchProficiency in design tools such as Figma,Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.Strong portfolio showcasing UI design projects and problem-solving abilities.You should be very comfortable conversing in International EnglishA relevant degree or certification is an added advantage but can be supplemented with relevant experience as well.About us :
