Job description

Role : Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Location : Malad West, Mumbai

Responsibilities :

  • Design and develop 3D CAD models for products across industries using plastics, sheet metal, weldments, and machined parts.
  • Create detailed 2D drawings for manufacturing.
  • Set up and perform basic FEA analysis.
  • Apply creative problem-solving in product development.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team and contribute to project success.
  • Handle detailed engineering of complex components.
  • Communicate project updates clearly in English with clients.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in 3D modeling, preferably using SolidWorks (certification or formal training is a plus).
  • Familiar with manufacturing processes like injection molding, sheet metal fabrication, welding, 3D printing, and thermoforming.
  • Experience in machine design is a plus.
  • Skilled in creating manufacturing-ready 2D drawings.
  • Experience in team coordination and project delivery.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience with Siemens NX is an advantage.
  • Self-driven, with a strong sense of urgency and a passion for design.
