Job Summary

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of strategic programs that align with our company's goals. You will work with a diverse set of stakeholders, including engineering, product, marketing, and leadership, to define program scope, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure that all program objectives are met. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership :

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple, interconnected projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Stakeholder Management :

Serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related activities, communicating progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Strategic Planning :

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define program goals, objectives, and roadmaps.

Risk Management :

Proactively identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.

Process Improvement :

Continuously assess and improve program management processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Coordination :

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among various teams to ensure alignment and shared understanding of program objectives.

Qualifications

Required :

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering).

5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in the BPO Industry.

Proven track record of managing complex, large-scale programs from end-to-end.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., .Net, c#).

Familiarity with data architecture and database (e.g MySQL, SQL)

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Preferred :

PMP or other relevant project management certification.

Experience with program management tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.

Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC).

Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
