Job description

D’grl Fashion is a premium women’s western wear brand, and we’re looking for a Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager (Freelancer – Part Time) to help us generate sales through our Shopify store.

Responsibilities :

Plan, create & manage Facebook + Instagram ad campaigns (₹5,000–₹6,000 / month budget).
Run product-focused & retargeting campaigns for dresses.
Monitor and optimize campaigns for better ROI (CTR, CPC, ROAS).
Suggest creative ad copies & targeting ideas.
Share weekly reports and recommendations.

Qualifications :

Basic to intermediate experience running Meta Ads for e-commerce.

Familiarity with Shopify + Facebook Business Manager .

Knowledge of retargeting & Advantage+ campaigns.

Creative thinking for ad content (images, reels, captions).

Good communication skills.

Compensation :

Freelance / Part-Time role

₹1,500 – ₹2,000 per project (for setting up 2 campaigns + tracking). Plus performance bonus if sales grow.
