Job description / responsibilities are as follows :

• Strong understanding of coating formulations, application techniques, and drying / curing processes.
• Practical experience in handling equipment / instrument for tablet color shade matching, batch manufacturing and coating application.
• Practical experience in color matching, batch mixing and viscosity adjustments of ready mix coating polymers.
• Proficiency in using laboratory instruments for testing (e.g., spectrophotometers, viscosity meters).
• Experience with scaling formulations from lab scale to production scale.
• Knowledge of production workflow optimization and minimizing material waste.
• Skilled in managing coating line setups and changeovers.
• Proven experience in laboratory or production environments handling coating materials.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting application defects and expertise in resolving coating related problems.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams (R&D, production, and quality assurance).
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety and efficiency.
• Awareness of the regulatory filling process and documentation part.
