What You’ll Do :

Office Setup & Administration

  • Manage end-to-end setup and operations of the Bangalore back-office.
  • Coordinate with Admin, IT, and HR for infrastructure, staffing, and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with Dubai HQ for reporting, documentation, and alignment.

Operations & Team Management

  • Supervise daily operations — sales support, quotations, reservations, and documentation.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a productive support team for the India market.
  • Track KPIs, ensure timely turnaround (TAT), and maintain service quality.
  • Implement structured workflows and accountability across the team.
  • DMC Business Expertise

  • Apply expertise in Dubai inbound DMC operations — hotel contracting, ground handling, and excursions.
  • Support Dubai team in quotes, confirmations, and supplier coordination.
  • Collaborate with India market sales team for leads, quotations, and follow-ups.
  • Drive process optimization and cost efficiency in service delivery.
  • Coordination & Reporting

  • Maintain consistent communication with Dubai HQ and market teams.
  • Prepare and share weekly operational and performance reports.
  • Ensure proper documentation, data management, and record security.
  • Continuous Improvement

  • Identify process gaps and recommend efficiency enhancements.
  • Promote a culture of ownership, teamwork, and continuous learning.
  • Stay updated on DMC trends, systems, and best practices.
  • What We’re Looking For :

  • 10+ years of experience in a Destination Management Company (DMC).
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai inbound tourism and operations.
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Hands-on experience with DMC software / ERP / CRM systems.
  • Ability to work effectively with international and cross-functional teams.
