Job description5+ years of hands-on experience in Python development. Proven experience leading a team of Python developers . Strong knowledge of Python frameworks (Django / Flask / FastAPI). Solid understanding of REST API design principles . Good knowledge of relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL). Experience with version control (Git). Basic understanding of application security best practices . Ability to architect, develop, and optimize scalable applications. Strong problem-solving ability and code review expertise. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Exposure to Docker or other containerization tools. Job Overview
Gamyam Info Tech LLP is looking for a Software Tech Lead with strong expertise in Python and Django to join our development team.
This role involves hands-on coding , leading developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality applications.
📍 Location : Hyderabad / Razole (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable and secure web applications using Python.
- Take complete ownership of modules and features—from design to deployment .
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design & implement new features.
- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality coding standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and reliability.
- Work with CI / CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
- Mentor junior developers and guide the team to deliver on time.
- Solve complex technical problems and perform architectural decision making.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and contribute to continuous improvement.
