Key Responsibilities

The role of a US IT Recruiter involves working on independent contributor hands-on projects to manage end-to-end US-based IT functional IT requirements for full-time and contract hires.

• 2-10 years of experience in US IT functional IT recruitment.
• Bulk-hiring experience for the US geography with 8-10 hiring per year.
• Extensive experience in self-sourcing using job portals, social media, Twitter, GitHub, etc.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and selling skills.
• Data-driven individual with good candidate pipeline building mapping skills.
• Reactive proactive recruitment track-record of quality over quantity.

Excellent communication listening skills, ability to articulate thought process through emails telephonic conversations, etc.

A passionate recruiter willing to go the extra mile to close positions with exceptional confidence in communicating with internal stakeholders and external candidates.

Successful candidates will have strong technical recruiting experience preferably in IT functional IT roles and expertise in managing vendor relationship sourcing talent pools and reducing time-to-fill metrics.

These recruiters must be well-versed in various recruitment tools platforms including ATS and possess excellent analytical reporting and data analysis skills.

They should also demonstrate expertise in creating effective source channels lead generation lead nurturing and converting leads into new business opportunities.
