Middleware and OCI Engineer

Candidate should have :

Ability to create, configure and manage OCI Storage service resources like Block Volumes, Object Storage Buckets, and File Storage Service.

Ability to mentor and manage junior team members.

Ability to assist multiple project environments simultaneously.

Proven ability in architecting and designing the OCI tenancy with a concise understanding of OCI Regions and ADs to accommodate technical workloads and configure DR Landscapes.

Experience with handling Oracle Workloads on other CSPs like AWS and Azure is a plus.

Experience in working with the Identity and Access Management features within OCI like the creation of users, groups, policies, compartments, and Federation with identity providers.

Hands-on experience working with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Platform.

Experience in working with OCI Network resources like Virtual cloud Network and its components, Load Balancers, Fastconnect, DNS Service, etc.

Exposure to creating and configuring OCI Compute service offering features like Virtual Machines, Bare Metal Hosts, Custom Images, Instance pool configurations, and OS Management service.

Experience integrating Fusion Middleware products with Active Directory, the configuration of SSL / TLS and SSO, and clustering.

Extensive experience in Oracle WebLogic server and in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware products like SOA, OBIEE, OBIA, WebCenter, OIM, etc. with a strong DBA background.

Proven skills as a team member on at least two or more full cycle implementations

Exposure to Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), SOA Cloud Services, and Oracle Integration Cloud.

Exposure to Oracle integration products like Oracle Golden Gate, Oracle Data Integrator, and their corresponding Cloud service offering a plus.

Exposure to governance and administrative services in OCI like Audit service, tagging, Cost management, and Analysis, and other security services.

Committed to gaining exposure to multiple packages / applications while further developing your career.

Experience with integration of Oracle Fusion Middleware products like SOA, OBIEE, OBIA, WebCenter, OIM, etc. with ERPs a plus (PeopleSoft, E-Business Suite, Hyperion, etc.).

Proven track record of working with Lift and Shift of on-premise or other cloud service provider workloads to OCI.

Release management support for application implementation, installs, data migrations, and system software upgrades.

Subject matter specialist in creating, configuring, and managing the various database services available within OCI like Exadata, Virtual Machine DB Systems, Bare Metal DB System, Autonomous Transaction Processing, and Autonomous Datawarehouse databases.

Subject matter specialist in database administration, RAC, Performance Tuning, and Backup and Recovery skills in Oracle 9i, 10g, 11g, 12c, 19c, and RAC on UNIX, Linux, and Windows environments.

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.

Seven + years of experience installing, configuring, administering, tuning, and troubleshooting Oracle Fusion Middleware on Linux, UNIX, and Windows environments.
