Job description10+ years of experience in Data Management with strong understanding of data lifecycle and data quality best practices. Experience with data management tools (e.g., MDM, data quality tools). Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Financial services experience preferred.
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement the strategic vision for Master Data Operations.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5 data stewards.
- Drive initiatives to improve data quality, consistency, and accuracy.
- Collaborate with business units, IT, and stakeholders to align data operations with business goals.
