Required Skills & Experience

• Direct, hands-on experience with our AI-first toolchain, including devplan, ClaudeCode, and CodeRabbit, or similar generative development platforms. -4-6 years of software development experience with strong programming and computer science fundamentals. -4-6 years of deep expertise in the Go programming language and its ecosystem, enabling you to effectively guide, critique, and validate AI-generated Go code. -Extensive experience designing microservices architectures and distributed systems. -Strong architectural knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). -Proficiency in defining schemas and interaction patterns for database technologies (SQL and NoSQL). -Deep understanding of event-driven principles, including message queues and event streaming (Kafka, RabbitMQ). -Expertise in RESTful APIs, gRPC, and modern API design principles. -Experience with identity and access management (IAM) solutions. Familiarity with identity providers like Auth0, Okta, or Azure AD is highly preferred. -Solid understanding of CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices as they apply to automating the deployment of AI-generated code. -Knowledge of how to implement monitoring, logging, and observability using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack.
