Aptimized– Technology Department

Aptimized is seeking an Experienced Presentation & Graphic Designer to join our Technology Department. This role is centered on creating visually compelling presentations, newsletters, and other internal communications materials that effectively convey key messages to C-suite executives, board members, and employees across the firm.

You will collaborate closely with program managers, project / product managers, and department heads to transform complex content into clean, engaging visuals that enhance understanding and drive engagement. You’re a go-getter who loves to dive in, figure things out, and make ideas happen – quickly and beautifully.

This is a remote, contract position aligned with U.S. Eastern business hours. Preference will be given to you if you can work onsite in our Iselin, NJ, office one to two days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-impact PowerPoint presentations and pitch decks supporting communications firmwide at all levels, especially executive.
• Transform dense, text-heavy content into clear, visually engaging graphics that tell a compelling story – this includes simplifying complex diagrams and integrating visuals such as charts, screenshots, and multimedia assets.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Ensure all deliverables align with Eisner branding standards while continuously improving templates, organizing assets, and streamlining creative workflows.
• Create, maintain and support internal communication channels, including SharePoint sites, newsletters, digital bulletin boards, and product / program announcements.
