Job Title : Travel Desk Executive
- Support end-to-end travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, visas, local transportation, MICE, Visa and itineraries.
- Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies.
- Liaise with travel agencies, vendors, and internal teams to secure the best rates and services.
- Maintain and prepare regular Travel MIS reports for management.
- Resolve travel-related issues, complaints, or emergencies efficiently and professionally.
- Vendor Management.
- Validate and submit the vendor financial statement on timely basis. Will be responsible for doing the GRN, raising the PO.
Job Requirement :
Bachelor’s degree in Travel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.Certification in Travel & Tourism or Hospitality Management will be given preference.3 to 4 years of experience in managing corporate or hospitality travel desks.Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.Proficient in travel management tools, MS Office, and booking software. GDS knowledge is a plus.Required Skills :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and work under pressure.Strong organizational and time management skills.Knowledge of visa and immigration processes is a plus.
