Key Responsibilities :

• Recruitment Coordination : Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates and hiring managers.
• Onboarding and Orientation : Manage the onboarding process for new hires, prepare orientation materials, conduct orientation sessions, and ensure new employees are integrated smoothly into the company.
• HR Administration : Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Employee Engagement : Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
• Performance Management : Assist in the performance appraisal process by coordinating review schedules, compiling feedback, and ensuring timely completion of evaluations.
• Policy Implementation : Communicate and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization.
• Data Management : Collect, analyze, and report on HR metrics to provide insights for decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Compliance : Ensure all HR practices comply with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
• Learning and Development : Identify training needs, coordinate training sessions, and maintain training records to support employee development.
• Employee Relations : Address employee queries, concerns, and grievances in a professional manner, promoting a harmonious workplace environment.
