About the Role :
We are looking for a HR and Community Intern who has prior experience in recruitment and marketing and can work independently with minimal supervision. This role blends human resources , community engagement , and event coordination , offering hands-on exposure to both people management and operational excellence.
You’ll play a key role in driving HR activities, managing student communities, and ensuring engaging experiences for both employees and students.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes — sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding candidates.
Coordinate and execute the Campus Ambassador Program across colleges.
Conduct testimonial and feedback calls with students to gather insights and success stories.
Take ownership of event management for employee engagement activities and internal celebrations.
Work towards student activation initiatives to increase participation and engagement.
Support day-to-day HR operations , documentation, and administrative tasks.
Assist in planning and executing community and HR initiatives to build strong internal and external engagement.
Requirements :
Prior experience in recruitment (internship or full-time).
Strong communication, coordination, and people skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace tools .
