Executive Assistant – IT & Data Operations

Location : Aurangabad, Maharashtra

About the Role :

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in daily operations, data analysis, travel coordination, and research activities. The ideal candidate will have an IT or Computer Science background with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle modern AI tools efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist the Managing Director in day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
• Conduct data analysis and research on assigned topics, projects, and market trends.
• Prepare and maintain reports using Google Sheets and other collaborative tools.
• Utilize AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, etc.) for drafting, summarization, and analysis tasks.
• Handle travel arrangements , including flight / train bookings, hotel reservations, and itinerary management.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, appointments, and communications.
• Draft professional emails, letters, and presentations in English and Marathi as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth information flow within the organization.
