Job descriptionLead and manage cross-functional project teams. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure team members are aligned with objectives. Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, leadership, and team & Control : Track project performance using tools (e.g., Gantt charts, dashboards, KPIs). Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs. Identify and resolve issues to keep the project on track. Communicate project updates, challenges, and risks regularly. Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain positive relationships. Conduct meetings, presentations, and progress reviews. Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards. Document lessons learned and prepare final project reporting. Oversee project handover to operations / support teams. Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field. Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project). Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile / Scrum certification. Experience in the companys relevant industry (e.g., IT services, software development). Budgeting and financial management experience. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strategic planning Time management Decision-making Risk and issue management Stakeholder communication Team leadership
