Description :
Project Planning & Initiation :
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct risk assessments and create mitigation plans.
Project Execution & Coordination :
Lead and manage cross-functional project teams.Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure team members are aligned with objectives.Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, leadership, and team & Control :Track project performance using tools (e.g., Gantt charts, dashboards, KPIs).Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.Identify and resolve issues to keep the project on track.Stakeholder Management :
Communicate project updates, challenges, and risks regularly.Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain positive relationships.Conduct meetings, presentations, and progress reviews.Project Closure :
Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards.Document lessons learned and prepare final project reporting.Oversee project handover to operations / support teams.Required Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications :
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile / Scrum certification.Experience in the companys relevant industry (e.g., IT services, software development).Budgeting and financial management experience.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Key Competencies :
