Job descriptionSupervise and monitor daily forklift operations across all warehouses and plants. Track and resolve operational issues such as accidents, material damage, and operator misconduct. Maintain records of daily forklift usage, breakdowns, and complaints. Coordinate preventive and periodic maintenance schedules for company-owned forklifts. Liaise with vendors for HOPT AMC services, spare parts, and repairs. Ensure operator discipline, adherence to safety standards, and equipment compliance. Conduct or coordinate training sessions for forklift operators on safe handling and operational procedures. Prepare and maintain daily / weekly performance and utilization reports. Support the procurement department in technical evaluations and new forklift-related requirements. Ensure regulatory and safety compliance as per company and statutory norms.
