- SAP MM / WM Configuration & process knowledge.
- Min 1 end to end implementation of SAP MM / WM
- Knowledge of Duties & Taxation in business & SAP
- Min 8 years of SAP MM / WM implementation & support experience with preferably min 5 yrs
of domain experience in retail / CPG / FMCG industry
Sound knowledge of business processes & best practices around material handling, purchase / procurement, warehouse, fleet & route management.Knowledge of SAP SD, eWM, S / 4, SDLC, ISO / CMM, ITIL, software testing certifications / knowledge, vendor & resource management, project management shall be an added advantagePeople management, lead & mentored team of min 5-10 membersCandidate should be open to work in new dimension areas like integration through CPI, BTP, etc. with digital stack of business processes, explore / evaluate new dimension modules of SAP like S / 4 HANA, SRM, SCM, eWM, etcKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED :

1. Primary POC (point of contact) - for solutioning, enhancements in & around SAP MM / WM. Leads enhancement & project team related to above associated business processes. May have to look into related modules like QM, SD too
2. Design, customize, configure and testing of MM / WM. Proactively identify and propose business process and / or system enhancements. Continually review the SAP modules and identify areas for improvement.
3. Work with clients to implement changes that improve their business processes
4. Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
5. Drive & manages enhancements & projects effectively towards completion in time, meeting SLAs. Plan implementations with least calculated risks with mitigation / rollback / alternative plans.
6. Manages resources (external & internal) and partners in accordance with project schedule. Use them judiciously & effectively, ensuring high productivity.
7. Apprising all stakeholders especially reporting head regularly & escalating (if necessary).
8. Maintains all proper documents related to project in accepted formats as per known standards
9. Handing over of the enhancement / project to support team with KT
10. Training team and end users
11. Effective testing of changes. Leads testing efforts
12. Does business process study with the help of a business team. Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution. Draft RFP and RFQs, evaluate partners & various solutions offerings from vendors.
13. Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner during testing.
14. Able to manage teams effectively and with better productivity
15. Plans effectively, sets priorities, and manages several complex projects simultaneously while working to meet project deadlines.
16. Manages resources in accordance with project schedule.
