Grocery Operations Lead

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Super market Manager, of the super market of PAL GROUP OF HOTELS knoen as PAL LIFEWARE located in PAL HEIGHTS MALL, Bhubaneswar. The Grocery Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily grocery operations within the hotel, ensuring efficient inventory control, supervising staff, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing product stock levels, implementing sales strategies to meet targets, coordinating with suppliers, and driving operational efficiency while maintaining a clean and organized grocery department.

Qualifications

Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure positive guest interactions and efficient team coordination.

Experience in Supermarkets and Sales with knowledge of industry practices and techniques to achieve business goals.

Proficiency in Inventory Control and stock management to maintain adequate product availability and minimize wastage.

Leadership abilities with the capacity to supervise staff effectively and ensure operational excellence.

Experience in retail or supermarket management is a must.
