Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service & Sales Engineer - LV SWITCHGEAR based in Bengaluru. The role involves providing technical support, managing sales engineering activities, meeting customer requirements, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, delivering technical solutions, conducting site visits, and building strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve service sales targets for LV Switchgear systems and related electrical solutions.
- Identify potential clients and generate business for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), retrofitting, upgradation, testing, and commissioning services.
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals in line with customer requirements.
- Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and propose suitable service solutions.
- Collaborate with the service execution and engineering teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new accounts.
- Provide product and service presentations, demonstrations, and technical clarifications to clients.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company credit policies.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.
