Job descriptionDesign scalable, cloud-native systems using microservices and DevOps best practices. Implement CI / CD pipelines, monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus), and Infrastructure as Code & Generative Technologies : Apply Prompt Engineering and Generative AI (e.g., LLMs) to enhance product capabilities. Drive intelligent automation and data-driven decision-making across & SaaS Strategy : Build and scale multi-tenant SaaS platforms with strong API-first and white-label capabilities. Oversee product areas including CRM, ERP, Marketplace, Last-Mile Delivery, Logistics, Billing, and Public APIs. Experience with SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) is important for platform architecture and data & Security : Lead data engineering (ETL, data lakes, Snowflake / BigQuery) and governance. Ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and other standards. Champion application and infrastructure security best & Execution : Hire, mentor, and manage a cross-functional team (Engineering, QA, DevOps, Data). Drive Agile product delivery, release planning, and resource management. Collaborate with founders on strategy, investor relations, and business Candidate : 6+ years of technology leadership in startups or high-growth environments. Strong hands-on experience in Java, Node.js, Python, Angular, React.js, and system Proven work in Prompt Engineering, LLMs, or AI product development. Experience scaling B2B and B2C platforms. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
