We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our airport services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding gates, and arrival areas
• Handle passenger inquiries and provide information about flight schedules, delays, and other airport services
• Check and process passenger tickets, boarding passes, and other travel documents
• Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo onto aircraft
• Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings throughout their journey
• Collaborate with other airport staff and airlines to ensure timely and efficient operations
• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with airport regulations and standards
