Lead Technical Training Manager

Short Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Trainer to design, develop, and deliver technical and functional training programs for Icertis Contract Intelligence. This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise software, technical aptitude, and a passion for enabling users to effectively adopt and utilize the CLM platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth product knowledge by collaborating closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Professional Services teams.
• Deliver product and technical training to internal teams, partners, and customers (onsite or virtual, in India and internationally).
• Create engaging training content for instructor-led training sessions aligned with product updates and release cycles. Continuously update content to reflect product enhancements and evolving business needs.
• Work on developing and maintaining certification exams , lab exercises , and structured learning paths aligned with product training objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistency and drive product enablement excellence.
