Job descriptionBuild financial, operational, and market models to evaluate scenarios and strategic options. Conduct market sizing, competitive landscaping, customer segmentation, and opportunity assessments. Translate analysis into actionable storylines and strategic narratives. Lead workstreams within business engagements, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery. Collaborate closely with cross-functional business teams. Drive hypothesis development, data collection, synthesis, and final deliverables. Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and business stakeholders. Build trust-based relationships through clarity, credibility, and problem-solving. Support proposal development, strategic pitches, and thought leadership. 1 - 3 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business transformation. Strong analytical toolkitcomfort with Excel, modeling, and data-driven storytelling. Exceptional communication and structured thinking skills. Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a strong ownership mindset. Collaborative approach with the ability to influence and drive alignment across teams. MBA from a top-tier business school (IIM / ISB / XLRI / INSEAD / etc.) or equivalent experience. Exposure to tech, digital, or high-growth sectors. Experience working directly with senior business leaders or C-level teams. Work on high-impact, boardroom-level problems across industries. Accelerated learning through mentorship, structured training, and exposure to senior clients. A culture that values curiosity, excellence, and collaboration.

We are seeking a high-performing Program Manager to join our Transformation practice. In this role, you will partner with CXOs and senior business leaders to solve their most critical challengesspanning growth, operations, digital, and organizational transformation. You will bring structured thinking, analytical rigor, and a problem-solving mindset to deliver insights that shape long-term strategic decisions.
