Role Description

This full-time on-site Customer Relationship Manager role is based in Bengaluru. The role involves maintaining and enhancing client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities include managing customer communication, addressing client issues in a timely manner, and coordinating with internal teams to meet customer expectations. The role also includes identifying customer needs, maintaining records, and suggesting improvements in customer service processes to strengthen customer trust and engagement.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and client handling
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities to address client issues effectively
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts and inquiries efficiently
• Professional demeanor and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in local languages is an advantage
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles in the automotive industry preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus
