Job Description

Ensure all QA related activities are conducted properly and in accordance with best practices and company standards. Responsibilities include :

Design and develop test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures based on requirements.

Execute tests using established PCDS methodology to ensure software is free of bugs and meets functional requirements, and identify defects, inconsistencies, or performance issues.

Collaborate with developers and engineers to ensure resolution in a timely and efficient manner and in preparation of software releases.

Prepare documentation and test reports detailing testing procedures, defects, resolutions, observations to assist in standards review and quality assurance.

Applicants with QA Lead experience may be considered for a QA Lead position and will be responsible for reviewing test plans and test results and seeing that the testing and QA efforts are completed in a timely manner. The QA lead will mentor and supervise the QA Analysts.

Qualifications

Knowledge and experience of CC&B is essential. Please note that CC&B knowledge will be tested during the interview process.

Experience with CC&B and / or software testing is essential.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.

Ability to calmly and clearly communicate and respond to queries from company.

Able to meet deadlines and work in a professional manner.

This is a remote position, and applicants will be able to work flexible hours but may be required to attend company meetings on occasion in PST hours that are reasonably adjusted to their local time.
