Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Manager located in Hyderabad. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent. Day-to-day tasks include managing the recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Recruitment Manager will also be involved in performance tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding processes
• Skills in developing and implementing recruitment strategies and collaborating with hiring managers
• Proficiency in tracking and reporting recruitment metrics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
