Role Summary
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to own demand generation and customer engagement across PlayAll venues. This role blends on-ground activation, CRM management, customer experience, and performance tracking to drive bookings, academy enrollments, and occupancy across centers. You’ll be the bridge between digital marketing, events, and operations — ensuring every venue stays buzzing with players.
Key Responsibilities
- Agency & Digital Oversight : Collaborate with digital marketing agencies to ensure campaigns are well-planned, creatives are delivered on time, and spend yields the expected ROI.
- On‑ground Demand Initiatives : Plan and execute weekly / monthly activities such as sports clinics, female‑only matches, pickup games, weekend leagues, and community events to drive engagement and occupancy.
- Events & Partnerships : Work with the Events team to conceptualize and deliver weekly events; partner with schools, corporates, and local communities to generate sustained demand.
- Reporting with Events Team : Own weekly dashboards for event pipeline, turnout, costs vs. revenue, and learnings; share clear next actions.
- Lead Customer Support : Own CS SLAs (first response, resolution), FAQs / macros, feedback loops to fix recurring issues, and CS quality checks.
- Manage CRM : Build journeys for first-to-second booking, renewals, win-backs, and referrals; run WhatsApp / SMS / email campaigns with tight targeting and tracking.
- Occupancy Ownership : Forecast, track, and deliver overall venue occupancy targets; coordinate with Ops / Events to fill shoulder hours and optimize pricing / promos.
- Must-Have Qualifications
- 3–5 years in consumer growth / marketing with on-ground execution experience.
- Experience coordinating with digital agencies while focusing internally on events, partnerships, and customer engagement.
- Strong Hindi & English; comfortable with weekend / event timings; on-ground execution mindset.
