We are hiring for a Sales Manager for our client company which is a leader in the software industry.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Build solid prospective leads that exceed the sales goals of the organization.
  • Meet and communicate with the potential clients as and when required.
  • Converting solid prospective leads into customers.
  • Post-sales follow-up with the customers to collect feedback and provide support.
  • Maintaining the database with regular CRM updating.
  • Responsible for aligning the company's sales strategies according to the needs of the customer.
  • Perform cross-selling functions.


  • Excellent communication ( both oral and written) skills with expert-level fluency in English.
  • Ability to manage complex client situations
  • Previous experience in selling payment software, payroll, and other such services to businesses.
  • Have good relationship-building and networking skills.
  • Ability to handle work under pressure and meeting deadlines.
