Salesforce Manual / Automation Tester

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Salesforce Manual / Automation Tester. The primary responsibilities include ensuring the quality of Salesforce implementations and performing both manual and automation testing. Daily tasks will involve designing and executing test cases, conducting API testing, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliverables. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contributing to a culture of continuous improvement in testing and will work to maintain high software standards.

Qualifications

• Quality Assurance and Manual Testing experience, including the ability to identify and report defects
• Expertise in designing and executing Test Cases
• Proficiency in API Testing techniques and tools
• Hands-on experience with Automation testing tools and frameworks
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, remote environment
• Knowledge of Salesforce platform and related technologies is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
