Compliance Analyst

Location : New Delhi, India or Dubai

Work Setup : Work From Home

Shift : Day Shift (5 AM–2 PM PH Time)

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive data analysis to optimize workforce performance, productivity, and utilization

Forecast staffing needs and resource allocation using historical data and predictive modeling

Utilize AI tools to automate reporting, enhance data accuracy, and improve accessibility for key stakeholders

Provide actionable insights to improve workforce management strategies and support organizational goals

Who We're Looking For

Experience :

2+ years in workforce analysis, data analytics, or a related role

Technical Skills :

Proficient in workforce management software and AI-powered analytical tools

Strong Excel skills; experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools is a plus

Non-Negotiables :

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

Ability to convey complex data insights to diverse audiences

Strong teamwork and project management skills, able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
